The European Union has launched a call for proposals under the EU thematic programme “Non-State Actors (NSA) and Local Authorities (LA) in Development” for a total of 2.9 Million euros (over 3.9 million USD) in grants to strengthen civil society and to enhance the participation of local authorities in Cambodia as a basis for a more equitable, open and democratic society. …
